The Vision of Collaborative Governance is to provide canonical governance and civil administration for religious congregations coming to completion so the participating entities can live out their own particular charism and mission, while maintaining autonomy and identity.
We, the Franciscan Sisters of Mary (FSM) and the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood of O’Fallon, MO (CPPS), move forward and through the process of coming to completion in a faith-filled and creative way. It is the Spirit of Love who leads us. It is not without some sadness or anxiety that we plan for this future.
Rooted in the spirit our founding Sisters, we, the Franciscan Sisters of Mary and the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood of O’Fallon, MO move forward with the same fidelity to God, courage, steadfastness, pioneer spirit, and care for our Sisters on this uncharted course of Collaborative Governance.
